At GTT Foundation, mentoring support is the core of our offerings – for both employment and livelihood-oriented programmes. Participants of the programme are supported by counsellors and mentors for adapting to work environment and handholding them for settling down in their chosen paths. Apart from sharing regular career tips and guidance, personalized support is also extended to the interested participants. Our experienced counsellors and mentors are available on phone, in-person and through webinars to share their insights on career expectations by employers and answer queries on career-related subjects without any prejudice or judgement.
The journey with skilling programmers at GTT Foundation begins with our participants being assessed for their strengths and interests using the digital career management platform Skills Alpha in order to arrive at customized career pathways. Skills Alpha helps participants to explore different career options in different domains and identify the aspirational careers suitable for them and the skill gaps that are required to be addressed. Our counsellors interact with the participants and share the career prospects in different sectors enabling the participants to decide upon the appropriate learning pathways.
