Dr. Ganesh Natarajan - Principal Trustee

Dr. Ganesh Natarajan is the Executive Chairman and Founder of 5F World, a platform for Digital Start-ups, Skills and Social Ventures in India. He has co-founded several initiatives, including Global Talent Track, Skills Alpha, Lighthouse Communities Foundation and two Indo-US Joint Ventures - Kalzoom Advisors and the Center for AI and Advanced Analytics.
Dr. Natarajan holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from NITIE Mumbai, a PhD from IIT Bombay and has completed Advanced Management from Harvard Business School. He has been honored with the Distinguished Alumnus Award from IIT Bombay and NITIE and has been recognized by EY and the Asia Pacific HR Forum for his excellence in technology entrepreneurship and people-centric leadership. Harvard Business School has authored and teaches two case studies on Dr. Ganesh Natarajan, highlighting his success through Vision Communities and Innovation.
Dr. Natarajan currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Honeywell Automation India Limited and is a member of the Central Board of Directors of State Bank of India, Hinduja Global Solutions, Educate Girls, Asian Venture Philanthropy Network in Singapore and LHI Digital Ltd.
He has held prominent roles, including Chairman of Industry association NASSCOM and NASSCOM Foundation and has led various National Committees of the Confederation of Indian Industry and the All India Management Association. Additionally, Dr. Natarajan has served as President of the HBS Club of India and as a Charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE).
An accomplished author, Dr. Natarajan has penned eleven books and is a regular writer and speaker at national and international forums. His primary interests lie in Digital Success and Leadership within the social sector.
Dr. Ganesh Natarajan resides in Pune, India, with his wife, Dr. Uma Ganesh, who is the Executive Chairperson of Global Talent Track. Their daughter, Dr. Karuna Ganesh, is a physician-scientist at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
